Paradise Palms

Centrally located on the east side of town near Desert Inn Road, Paradise Palms is an enclave of mid-century homes reminiscent of Palm Springs. The neighborhood was popular with Strip entertainers back in the day—Johnny Carson, Debbie Reynolds, and Bobby Darin were residents—and it is now home to a variety of entrepreneurs and creative types. Many of the homes here back up to the Las Vegas National Gulf Club, completed in 1961. Now a landmark, the National was also host the the movie "Casino". The Palms Paridise community does not have an HOA.

Scotch 8Os

A preserved Vintage Vegas gem with no HOA. The Scotch 80s has been home to Las Vegas’ moguls, movers, and shakers since the ’50s. Residents have included Mayor Oscar Goodman, comedian Jerry Lewis and Brandon Flowers of The Killers—who lives in Howard Hughes’ old house. Centrally located west of Downtown and adjacent to McNeil Estates, homes in this community are the opposite of the planned community homes and McMansions of the outer suburbs; ranging from sprawling mid-mods to mansard-roof manors, each has its own individual flair. The neighborhood feels like an exclusive gated community.  

McNeil Estates

Another hidden gem in the Las Vegas Valley with no HOA. Built in the 5O's, 6O's and early 7O's McNeil has a lovely mix of “desert modern”, mid-century modern, and California ranch style homes on larger lots that range from a 1/4 acre to over an acre. Centrally located west of the I-15 and Rancho Drive between Charleston and Oakey Boulevards and just minutes to downtown Las Vegas and the Arts District.  

Summerlin

Named for the paternal grandmother of Howard Hughes, who acquired the land in 1952. Summerlin had it's first resident in 1991 and is now the largest, most sought after master planned community in the valley. Known as an upscale community with beautiful luxury homes, fine dining&shopping, recreation activities, 250 parks, 150-miles of trails, 26 schools, and now home to the Golden Knights hockey team and Las Vegas Aviators minor league baseball team.  Summerlin has become the crown jewel of the Las Vegas Valley and continues to evolve into a truly remarkable community.

The Lakes

The Lakes is 2-square-mile master planned community located directly east of Summerlin and south of Canyon Gate communities in Las Vegas, Nevada. The centerpiece of the community is a 30-acre private lake, Lake Sahara. Sail boats and electric power boats are permitted on the lake. They began construction in the mid-1980’s throughout the mid-1990’s. A mixture of homes consisting of guard gated luxury lakeside custom estates to traditional style homes, as well as some town homes and condominiums.  They also have commercial office & retail space within The Lakes area as well. 

Spring Valley

Centrally located just a few minutes west of the strip Spring Valley features an array of residence lifestyles. Established in the early 8O's the neighborhood is charming and full of culture, you see everything from China Town to condos perfect for young professionals to the gated Spanish Trail community that's a golfer's dream and home to tennis player and philanthropist Andre Agassi, all within minutes from each other.

Rhodes Ranch

Rhodes Ranch is a 1,500 acre guard gated golf course community located in the Southwest Las Vegas area.  They offer a very wide range of amenities for residents in this community. Extensive clubhouse with full indoor basketball/racquetball courts, fitness center, billiard tables, business center, party & meeting rooms. In addition you will find outdoor tennis courts, basketball, and best of all The Fun Zone Pool equipped with water slides, and many unique family friendly pool activities. 

Mountains Edge

A 3,500 acre master planned community located in the south west of the valley that when complete, will offer 4 elementary schools, 2 middle schools, a high school, a fire station, shopping centers and restaurants, with more that 500 acres designated for parks and trails. Developers are taking great care to maintain as much of the surrounding landscape of the area as possible. It is estimated that the landscape plan at Mountain’s Edge saves over 200 million gallons of water annually versus traditional grass sod landscaping. 

Silverado Ranch

Location, location, location! The Silverado Ranch community is in the south of the valley just off of Las Vegas Blvd, minutes from the airport, and adjacent to Green Valley. It features an array of residence lifestyles ranging from condos, town homes, to single family homes and half acre custom estates. 

Green Valley

Southern Nevada’s first master-planned community built before Summerlin, established in 1978. Green Valley is an upscale neighborhood of Henderson, Nevada. It features a carefully planned mix of land uses. Recreational amenities include parks, pedestrian and bike paths, a performing arts pavilion, and a multi-generational recreation and aquatic center. Trully is a unique well established area where everything is mature and the homes typically have a larger lot.

Southern Highlands

Situated in the south end of the valley, Southern Highlands is a safe, attractive, and peaceful master planned community.  It consists of well laid-out roadways, schools, pathways, sports facilities, tennis courts, clubs and spas, and a fabulous members-only golf course. With a Tuscan style its near 2,300 acres charm any newcomer. Strict CC&Rs (homeowner’s associations) provide guidelines to maintain consistent refined feel throughout the community. 

Seven Hills

Seven Hills is a master planned community in Henderson, Nevada. Situated on a hillside in Henderson neighboring the Anthem community, you will find luxury residences flowing throughout with mostly upscale gated communities. Seven Hills has almost 3,000 homes in total, four community parks, and miles of walking & biking trails.  Seven Hills is home for Rio Secco Golf Course, considered to be once of the top courses in the Las Vegas valley.  Seven Hills also offers many community parks, miles of walking and biking trails as well.  

Anthem

An upscale master planned development by Del Webb, it is located high in the hills of the McCullough mountains, 2,525 acres, with spectacular views of the Las Vegas Valley. Developments within the Anthem master plan include Anthem Highlands, Anthem Country Club and Coventry at Anthem.  Also features Sun City Anthem and Solera, upscale adult retirement communities.

Inspirada

Located in Henderson, this large scale master planned community opened in 2007 featuring a diverse blend of architectural styles. Residents enjoy an integrated system of parks that include a Residents Community Center, heated pools, splash areas, various ball courts and fields, amphitheaters, and picnic areas. Central to its promise of inspired living are trails and open spaces that allow residents to play, recreate and explore. The community is one of the nation's largest "new urbanism" communities.

MacDonald Highlands

Heralded for its unique setting with custom home sites carved into the mountainside, MacDonald Highlands has become one of the top luxury developments in Southern Nevada. At 2,700 feet to be exact. These luxury homes in Henderson, Nevada are high above the desert floor, nestled in the picturesque foothills of the McCullough Mountains with breathtaking views and prestigious amenities. 

Aliante

This is the leading master-planned development of North Las Vegas. Aliante opened in May 2003 and quickly became one of the fastest selling communities in the valley. With 1,165 acres dedicated to residential and 100 acres for commercial development. Amenities include an 18-hole championship golf course, parks, and a 24-mile trail system. Also features Sun City Aliante, an upscale adult retirement community.

Providence

Providence is a 1,200 acre master planned community nestled high in the northwest corner of the Las Vegas Valley off the I-215 Beltway at Hualapai Way close to scenic Mount Charleston and Floyd Lamb State Park. Providence has 30 distinct neighborhoods and approximately 7,500 residences, from estate homes to condominiums, built by national developers including Beazer, Lennar, RS Development, Richmond American, KB, Meritage, Ryland, Warmington and Woodside.
